Obtained by the 492nd BG from the replacement depot to replace 42-95005 DREAMER lost on 7 Jul 44. To our knowledge this aircraft was never given a nickname or had any nose art painted on it.

Transferred to 467th BG, 788th BS

Lost at sea: 16 Aug 44 w/Prewitte, shot down by friendly fire during a training mission. Shot down over North Sea by a malfunctioning top turret gun on another B-24 while on a practice mission.  6 killed in the line of duty, 4 rescued.
