This was one of the original 9 aircraft flown to England by the 68th BS and was a veteran of the Aug 1, 43 low-level mission to Ploesti Romania (Operation Tidalwave).



Later was declared 'War-Weary' and used as the formation assembly ship for the 44th BG.

After failing a POM inspection she was scrapped on June 1, 1945.
