I'm interested in learning more about my Grandfather's service in WWII.My Grandfather, William F. Doerr Jr., served with the 94th Bomb Group. He was first in the 331st Squadron, but later transferred to the 333rd in Aug/Sep 1944. He was the top-turret gunner/flight engineer with pilot Robert Schrader's crew.
