Hello, I am the youngest daughter of Allan P. Carwile, Ball Turret Gunner in the 398th Bomb Group, 600 Squadron, stationed out of Nuthampstead, England during WW2. My father passed away in 1999. He was a hero to my sisters and I. He left behind a great legacy. Four daughters, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, and the love of his life, his fair English rose, my mum Sylvia. She joined him in heaven in 2010. Their song was We'll Meet Again, by Vera Lynn, and also Silver Wings In The Moonlight.
