Faber Cripps enlisted in March 1942 and was based at Bsssingbourn with the 91st BG from September 1942 - June 1945. He was sheet metal Crew Chief for the 401st Squadron and 441st sub depot.
He was a member of the American Legion, the Elks and the Masons and served as a volunteer at the Palm Springs Air Museum. He died 4th August 2003 being survived by his wife Mary Faith and two daughters.
