Lost some close friends on this mission. The Kolaya Crew ditched in the English Channel. Only three crewmen survived. |

The B+24 had the glide characteristics of a rock and we barely made it to an emergency landing at Horsham. Flying B-24J-401-CF #42-50465 "Damifino" on this mission. |
