Hudson was an amateur filmmaker who's father worked for Kodak Rochester and was able to provide him with colour film during his service. From October 1943 to October 1944, while serving as a co-pilot with the 391st Bomb Group, Hudson documented the people he encountered and places he visited while in the UK.
