Beloved husband of Lillian A.(nee Wolf) Foster; father of Richard W. (Delores) Foster, Donna C. (Keith) Keller and David J.(Denise) Foster; our dear grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, great-uncle, great-great-uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many, especially Jim, John and Dave. Richard served his country in WWII, assigned to the 466th Bomb Group in England, belonging to the Second Air Division Assn., which was part of the 8th Air Force. He belonged to the 25th Bomb Group Assn., M.O.A.A. and the Air Force Assn. Chapter186.
