Frank PENKALSKI was born 26 August 1918 or 1919 (records differ on the year), the son of George W. and Stella (GULCZYNSKA/GORLOCK) PENKASKI. He was born in Pennsylvania. He served from his enlistment on 15 March 1944 until 21 Nov 1945. He enlisted at Fort Dix, New Jersey, listing his residence as Niagra County, NY. He died 12 July 1982 in Florida.
