The photographer who flew with Sgt Souders crew in 'Hitlers Hearse' took this photo of a Lib in their squadron downed by a direct flak hit during that mission to Munster on March 9th. No chutes were observed... Bombing the Reich was still dangerous even as the war was winding down in March 45. This and the prior crew photo were shared with me by Mr. Souders and photographed with his permission.
