Reuben enlisted in January 1944 and trained at the Aerial Gunnery School in Loredo TX before being crewed up and flying over via Labrador and Scotland to join up with the 93rdBG at Hardwick. He flew on 22 combat missions before returning to the USA in July 1945.
Air Medal with 3 oak leaf clusters.
