Ralph Leindorf was Co-Pilot of B-24D Serial 42-63784 shot down 6 June 1944 by Flak over Belgium on Carpetbagger mission "OSRIC 81 DZ". Crashed near La Hulpe, Belgium. Wounded, made POW. Stayed in the Luftwaffe Hospital in Saint-Gilles, Brussels before internment in Germany. MACR 5393.
