Venice, Florida | 23 November 1989 | Norman V. Shainberg, 70, of Venice, Fla., formerly of Caruthersville, died November 23, 1989. Born May 26, 1919, at Memphis, he was the son of Louis and Dena Shainberg. He was a retired builder and broker with Lewis Homes of Venice. He was a past president of the Venice Lions Club, treasurer for the Venice Lions Club Foundation Inc., and adjucator for the National Academy of Conciliators. He moved from Caruthersille 25 years ago. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Peggy Shainberg of Venice; Two daughters, Sydney Lynn Sass of Charlotte, N.C., and Mrs. Leigh Shainberg Howe of Denver; One brother, Roy Shainberg of Nashville; And four grandchildren. Services were Sunday at 2 p.m. at Ewing Funeral Home chapel in Venice. Burial will be in Venice Memorial Gardens. .... Pemiscot Journal - Caruthersville, Mo. - Tuesday, November 28, 198 |
