Louis Kos
Military ROLL OF HONOURShot down on 16-Aug-44 in B-17G 44-6126 while serving as Tail Gunner. Aircraft was attackd by fighters setting the bomb bay on fire whicg caused the aircraft to explode and break in two. SSgt Kos was trapped in the stricken aircraft and died. Aircraft crashed at Teistungen, Germany. Killed in Action (KIA)
