Joseph F Tighe
MilitaryHis first combat mission was 11 December 1944 to Gessen railway yards. They saw no enemy fighters, did see bursts of flak but only from a distance; in other words a 'milk run'. 'Only wish they could all be like this' he wrote in his diary!
Joseph died in December 1999
