Charles D. Lee flew with the 93rd BG in 1943 and then transferred to the 91st BG on 24 January 1944. Became Group Operations Officer on 7 February 1944 in the 91st BG. Shot down 22 April 1944 in B-17 #42-40000 "Just Nothing". Prisoner of War (POW).
