23 March 1945 - 23 March 1945 Killed in Action (KIA). A/C thought to have been hit by flak at 1428 hours 5034N 0745E. The right wing crumpled and A/C went into a spin and then leveled off for a moment. Went into another spin. A/C exploded on impact.

16 October 1950 Remains returned from overseas Section 84 Site 235-239. Buried together with remains of: William Davis, Edward Keefrey, Howard Tudor and Alfonso Guardino
