My father, Emil Thomas Petersen, radio operator, is farthest left in the front row. He missed the mission where this plane was lost ( along with all crew members) as he was ill. He was then transferred to the Texas Mauler B-17 Rear L-R William Borman, Lt Richard Ralls, Alfred Salsgiver, Lynnford Smith, LT Gay Rieder, LT Bert Brooks Front L-R T/Sgt Emil Petersen, John Heller, LT Irwin Williams, Lester Mann
