media-29407.jpeg UPL 29407 "Skeeter" Assumed to be 42-50344

I inherited this photograph of my Uncle, Lt. Lawrence "Eddie" Carney. I was told by my father that this was the B-24 that was shot down when he was killed. So I presume that it is 42-50344.

Object Number - UPL 29407 - "Skeeter" Assumed to be 42-50344

Shot down by flak and crashed near Vez on 6/27/44
