My uncle is James L Lynch listed as pilot. I am looking for information for my father, James L Lynch 's younger brother . My father is Carlin F Lynch aged 84. James was his oldest brother and was listed as missing in action for many years. His body was never recovered. John Lynch my father's next oldest brother was killed in action on the German Belgium border in April 1945. I would like to know if a recovery effort was ever made to find the aircraft and bodies that James L Lynch was piloting. Any information would be helpful and of great interest to my family.
