Retired from the Army as a Lieutenant Colonel after serving in with USAAF in WW2, 45th Infantry in Korea, Oklahoma National Guard and assigned to 1st Army at Fort George Meade during the Viet Nam War. Worked as a teacher in Oklahoma and Maryland when not on active duty
