Earl J. Berryhill, Group Executive Officer, HQ, 398th BG
Colonel Berryhill joined the Army in 1939 and in 1941 transferred to the Air Corps. Two years later he joined the 398th as Air Exec. arriving in England on 21st April 1944. He later served at the Pentagon and in Manila as commander of the military port. He retired from the Air Force in 1952 and from 1965 - 1974 was on the faculty of the Military College at Charleston SC.
