A direct hit in the tunnel gunner's hatch of Lt Arthur W. Nordsrom's plane broke it in the middle. As the plane fell in the target area, one parachute was seen. ... Lt Nordstrom's gunners were Staff Sergeants Joseph D. Gossett and Robert L. Miller. Nordstrom was on his 58th mission when he was KIA
