"Before we started flying our bombing missions we made several trips to deliver gasoline to the ground troops in Europe in B-24H-25-DT #42-51141 "Pegasus."

We returned the States in June 1945 by way of Iceland and Goose Bay, Labrador. We left "Betta Duck" at Bradley Field, CT.
