On 07 October 1944, he was named station courts and boards officer. He was Group Ordnance Officer after Capt Lest G. Williams. He also at one point was the 423rd Squadron Ordnance Officer. His speciality was bomb disposal. He joined the group October 1943 and left September 1945.

He was later Assistant Army Attache in Bern, Switzerland retiring from the service in July 1973. He died 13 August 2001 in Ft. Collins CO.
