T/Sgt. Oclotlan U. Richmond was born in Ajo, Arizona 04 Jun 1922. In Apr 1943 he became the Radio Operator in the initial formation of Crew 11, 712th Bomb Squadron, 448th Bomb Group at Gowen Field, Idaho. In Nov 1943 Crew 11 arrived at Seething England and from Dec 1943 to Jan 1944 he completed 3 missions over northern Europe before being assigned to ground communications. He passed away on 15 Dec 2007 at the age of 85 in Deer Park, Washington. He is buried in the Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery, Spokane, Washington.
