John H Woolnough


Led his crew safely through a 30 mission tour, 7 as a lead crew. Woolnough retired from the USAF as a Lt. Colonel.
Woolnough was founder of the 466th Bomb Group Association and later the 8th Air Force Historical Society.
John Woolnough authored "Attlebridge Diaries" and the "Mighty 8th Album".
