Oscar Martin Belk, headstone in Ft Sam Houston cemetery, Died Feb 25 1966 from lung cancer. He was stationed at Ramstein AFB Germany but when the cancer diagnosis came, Oct 1965, the Air Force quickly transferred him to Wilford Hall Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. The family followed within the month. He died in Wilford Hall Hospital and was buried at Ft Sam Houston cemetery with full honors, 21 gun salute.
