A plotted image of the effects of the 320th Bomb Group's 23rd of March 1944 raid on the Campo Di Marte freight yard in Florence as part of the 42nd Bomb Wing. The small dots inside the ringed area indicate a bomb strike. 160 bomb strikes are plotted out of 182 that were dropped that day by 24 aircraft; 9 500lb time-delayed bombs and 173 500lb contact-exploding bombs. 177 500lb contact bombs were taken on the raid, but 4 were not dropped.
