Sgt. Leo B Hollinger was in the 62nd Troop Carrier Squadron, 314th Group in England. His troop carriers helped deliver paratroopers on D-Day. I have attached an interesting excerpt from his diary that includes his D-Day entry. We must never forget the sacrifices of these brave soldiers, sailors, and airmen.
