From Palmetto, FL, Lt. Jack O. Flack enlisted on 10 February 1942. Assigned to the 368th Fighter Squadron on 25 July 1944, he flew 270 combat hours, primarily in P-51D CV-B 44-13786. He completed his tour of duty with the 359th Fighter Group on 12 February 1945.
