Captain William "O'Bee" O'Brien grinning in the cockpit of his P-51. O'Bee was a flight leader in the 363rd Squadron, 357th Fighter Group. He flew most of his missions and got all of his kills flying with only one good arm, the other having been accidentally shot by a fellow pilot. O'Bee lost the feeling in the first two fingers of his right hand due to the accident but slowly gained it back by the end of his tour.
