Lt. Gerald J. Miller "Little Red" was a pilot with the 351st Fighter Squadron/353rd Fighter Group based out of Raydon AF, Suffolk, England. On April 16, 1945 Miller destroyed 9 German aircraft on the ground (the second highest single day tally in the ETO). Miller was from Louville, NY. and can be seen in a You Tube video related his experiences with the 353rd FG. He had joined the group in January 1945.
