The memorial is at OUTER, Belgium and was the project of the Patriotic Association of Haaltert in cooperation with the municipality of the city of NINOVE, Belgium and erected with support from the crew members Dick ENNIS, Henry SCHULTZ and Rick and Marion MANGAN and family.
