Recently recaptured P-47D (T9+LK) at Göttingen, late 1945. [ formerly Republic P-47D-16-RE 42-75971 "Ruthless Ruthie" ex 301st Fighter Sq/332nd FG-captured 29/5/1944 ]. Also captured P-51D LH-N 44-14687 of the 350th FS, 353rd FG. [ It was lost on 24 March 45. The pilot, Lt. Carl A Larsen, was taken prisoner]. Note on the upper left corner the fuselage of a British Mosquito [ Appears to be a FB VI judging by the fighter style canopy].
