Zemke has hadnwritten on the reverse: '"Two of a Kind" probably saying "Up there is where the action is!" Once firm in their position with a bit of combat under their belts these two made an awesome team. Col Hub Zemke, Aerial victories 17 3/4 Ground victories 11 (with the 479th Fitr Grp also), Lt Col David C Schilling- Aerial victories 23, Ground victories 10 1/2. Schilling succeeded Zemke as group commander at Boxted.'
