Hubert Zemke, late commanding officer of the 56th Fighter Group in the boxing ring at the Citizens Military Training Camp in 1930. Zemke has handwritten on the reverse: 'June 1930- Private in the Civilian Military Training Corp at Fort Missoula, Montana (a former Indian outpost where the US government kept one battalion of the Regular Army. CMTC was a military youth program after 4 years a person could become a 2nd Lt US Army Reserve. In this ring I won my first bout.'
