A caulk erected by Colonel Hubert Zemke for pilots of the 56th Fighter Group to discuss tactics. Zemke has handwritten on the reverse: 'A caulk board discussion to pilots in the open at Horsham St. Faith (Norwich, England) following a mission. Zemke held many of these to explain the tactics he wanted each pilot to perform in executing various tactics. The word was always - "I don't have time to tell you what to do in combat but this you know while on the ground".'
