MilitaryShot down on a mission to Frankfurt am Main on 8 Feb 1944 in B-17G #42-37984. Crew baled out and a/c crashed near Amiens, FR. Evaded (EVD). Flew with RAF at beginning of their war with Germany. Later was transferred to 92nd BG/326th BS.
