Joined squad 28 February 1944. Engine problems inbound to the target of Friedrichshafen on 18 Mar 1944, B-24J #42-100112 'Paper Doll' with two engines out crashed near Dietschwill, Switzerland after the crew baled out. Interned. Friedrichshafen. Returned to base 23 February 1945.
