Hendersonville, Tennessee 20 October 2006 William Calbert Porter, age 83, of Hendersonville, passed away October 20, 2006. He was born on August 6, 1923, to the late Fletcher and Georgia Porter. He retired from the U.S. Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Della Jane Ventress Porter of Hendersonville; daughter, Donna Miles of Hendersonville; 4 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brother, Jimmy Porter of Indianapolis, Ind. He was preceded in death by two sons, William A. and Barry L. Porter. Visitation will be 4 p.m., until 8 p.m., Saturday, October 21, 2006,
