On 5 Jan 1944 B-24H #42-64451. Upon landing in poor visibility and ice on runway, A/C ran off runway and crashed. Hit by flak and broke up and crashed SSE of Dieppe, FR on a mission to Frankfurt, GR on 20 Mar 1944 in B-24J #42-109808. Killed in Action (KIA).
