Robert G Cgragen
MilitaryShot down 13 June 1943 in B-17 #42-5125 'BoomTown Jr'. Was Prisoner of War (POW) in prisoner's hospital for burns in Germany. Losing 2 engines, the aircraft tried to get back to England. It was intercepted over the North Sea by a pair of JU-88s, shot down and forced to ditch. Survivors in dinghys were picked up off Dutch coast and became Prisoner of War (POW)s in Germany. Only Olmstead and Robert Cgragen survived of the crew.
