On 23 April1942 he enlisted in the service from Lubbock, Texas, as a private. He had one year of college education, was married and his civilian occupation was listed as: "Animal and livestock farmers".



We have him listed as participating in one 437th TCG flight as a C-47 Co-pilot during Operation VARSITY.
