Shot down 11 December 1943 in B-17 #42-31078 'Bless Them All', Prisoner of War (POW).



He flew on Ralph Peters crew in training with the 390th BG in the States. When he arrived at Thurleigh, he was assigned to Charles Schoolfield's crew as copilot. Completed 7 missions as a CP and 8 as pilot.



In 2001 Noack was elected President of the Second Schweinfurt Memorial Association.
