Ernest "Ernie" Alma Poulsen served in the 91st Bomb Group in the 323rd Bomb Squadron as the Ball Turret Gunner on B-17 44-8431 / 'Cheri II' for 29 missions. Ernie trained at Dyersburg Army Air Base in Halls, Tennessee.
