Edwin C Bailey
Military ROLL OF HONOURKilled in Action (KIA) 14 January 1945 in A/C #43-38419. This was his first mission, he had been removed from his crew because of the new rule that only 9 men could fly in a B-17. He was in a pool of other similar men and was assigned to this other plane so he went on his first mission before his originally assigned crew had theirs.
