Original group-30 missions-4 aircraft lost. Due to bad weather, B-17G #42-97443 made a wheels up landing near Erie, Northern Ireland on 24 Jan 1944 after making several attempts to land at Nutts Corner, Northern Ireland on a ferry flight from Goose Bay, Labrador. RTD.
