Daniel Shapiro

Military

Prisoner of War (POW) crashed near Julich on 10 Jan 45 in B-17 'Old Patch' #4338132. He was wounded and taken to a German hospital. In June 1988 he and the ball turret gunner Richard Lynde re-united in Brentwood CA. Daniel died March 7 2002.
