Killed in Action (KIA) on 26 November 1943 mission to Bremen. B17#42-39839 was attacked by FW109 and suffered severe BD. Foubert was assumed missing over the North Sea . His parachute was still in the a/c and the escapted hatch was open. The a/c eventually crash landed at RAF Markham. 9 RTD 1 Killed in Action (KIA)
